Leeds Airport Transfers’ policy of punctuality is paramount to our service levels and customer expectations. However, please understand that Leeds Airport Transfers cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Leeds Airport Transfers licensed chauffeurs will always drive at a safe and sensible speed, in accordance with road conditions and traffic, and within the legal speed limits. All Leeds Airport Transfers vehicles are GPS tracked and monitored to ensure passenger safety at all times.
Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the interior or exterior of Leeds Airport Transfers vehicles or vehicles under our management. Costs for repairs or valeting required to return the vehicle to operational condition will be charged accordingly.
Smoking is strictly NOT permitted in any Leeds Airport Transfers vehicle.
By supplying your email address and contact number, you give Leeds Airport Transfers permission to contact you via email or by phone. We will never share your email or any other personal data with third parties without your prior consent.
Leeds Airport Transfers reserves the right to use affiliate drivers or vehicles at any time if required, due to customer demand, breakdown, or unforeseen circumstances. We guarantee the affiliate service will meet or exceed our standards.
Leeds Airport Transfers chauffeurs will take the most appropriate route unless otherwise instructed by the passenger.
All Leeds Airport Transfers vehicles, drivers, and affiliates are fully insured under our fleet and public liability insurance. However, we are not responsible for passenger belongings which are carried at the owner’s risk.
Leeds Airport Transfers has a lost property policy. Items will be kept at our office and returned to the customer at the earliest opportunity or directly by the chauffeur if possible.
Leeds Airport Transfers and its chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse service to passengers who appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or whose behaviour poses a risk to the driver, vehicle, or others.

Payment Terms
Leeds Airport Transfers welcomes account clients with prior arrangement. All accounts must be settled within 7 days by BACS or card and are subject to VAT.
Card payments must be made in advance via our system or by phone. No card payments will be accepted in the car. A receipt will be provided.
For business and corporate bookings marked as “Business Hire”, VAT will be added and shown on your booking confirmation.
Receipts/invoices will show Leeds Airport Transfers as the supplier.
Cancellation Policy

If a booking is cancelled before dispatch, no fee will apply.

If a booking is cancelled within 2 hours, 50% of the fee is chargeable.

If the car is already in place or no passenger is present, the full fee will be charged unless otherwise agreed.
The customer’s statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions.
